DocBridge Mill


DocBride Mill converts any kind of document, PDF-files or AFP-datastreams. It offers the following additional functions
  • document-splitting
  • adding barcodes, omr-marks or text to the document
  • text-removal
  • index creation and commenting from text/document (TLEs or NOPs in AFP, comments in PDF -reading or writing)
  • Creation of index-files for some archiving-systems (e.g. Easy-Archive, FileNet or as a XML-file)

For example it is possible to import some PCL-datastream, gather indices and finally write AFPDS with TLEs (tag logical elements). Or create a thousand PDF-files out of one AFPDS to put it into the archiving-system - or directly into the web.

DocBridge View


DocBridge View is a very fast and easy to use tool to view electronically stored or archived documents. DocBridge View displays single, multiple, or batch documents at the same time.

Its unique functionality supports all complex mixed-object formats typically used for storage archiving like IBM's AFP and MO:DCA, HP's PCL, Adobe's PDF, and SAP's OTF and ALF as well as the raster formats TIFF, JPEG, GIF, IOCA, BMP, PCX, PNG, and TNG.

Another outstanding feature of DocBridge View is its ability to display every single page of the documents opened in the viewer in the very same display window - regardless of the format of the single document.

DocBridge View displays the pages of all opened documents - no matter which format they have. The user will not notice any differences in display, even if all opened documents are of a different format. The viewer provides all functions for the most convenient display of document pages such as scrolling, rotating and zooming.

DocBridge View is fully programmable which allows the complete integration into user applications.

The archival of digital documents requires file formats which are independent of a specific system environment or application. This is especially important in the context of long term archival of documents as well as in the context of exchanging documents via email or internet to other document recipients.

DocBridge Notes is a software solution that solves the document-to document reqirement in the Lotus Notes and Domino arena.

DocBridge Notes enables the conversion of any Lotus Notes documents including all attachments to raster image formats (TIFF) or embedded formats like PDF or AFP/DS.

The usage of DocBridge Notes leads to several possible scenarios
  • hand over of Lotus Notes documents to archival systems
  • infacing of Lotus Notes documents with Fax gateways
